Role Description
The Finance Manager role at Entreprise VENTURA - Calorifuge - Isolation Thermique - Flocage is a full-time, on-site position based in Abu Dhabi.
The Finance Manager will oversee daily accounting operations, including general ledger management, accounts payable and receivable, bank reconciliations, and payroll coordination.
This role will prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, monitor cash flow, and manage budgeting and forecasting processes to support business planning.
The Finance Manager will analyze financial performance, track project costs, and provide reports and recommendations to leadership to improve profitability and operational efficiency.
The role also involves ensuring compliance with local financial regulations, coordinating with auditors, optimizing internal controls, and supporting strategic decisions related to investments, contracts, and risk management.
Qualifications
- Strong financial management skills, including budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and financial reporting.
- Proficiency in accounting principles and practices, with experience in general ledger, reconciliations, and cost control.
- Ability to analyze financial data, prepare management reports, and provide clear insights to support decision-making.
- Experience implementing and maintaining internal controls, compliance processes, and audit coordination.
- Advanced skills in financial and accounting software, as well as MS Excel and other productivity tools.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field; professional certification (e.g., ACCA, CPA, CMA) is an advantage.
- Experience in construction, insulation, or industrial services sectors in the GCC region is highly desirable.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with project, operations, and leadership teams.
- Demonstrated ability to work on-site, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic or French is beneficial.
