Role Description
The Founder role is a full-time, on-site position based in Karāchi, responsible for establishing and leading all aspects of the venture.
Day-to-day tasks include defining the business vision and strategy, identifying market opportunities, and developing service offerings that align with client needs.
The Founder will manage client relationships, oversee project delivery, and ensure high-quality outcomes.
Responsibilities also include building operational processes, handling budgeting and basic financial oversight, and coordinating with any partners, contractors, or vendors.
The role requires making key decisions, setting priorities, and cultivating a professional, ethical, and inclusive work culture.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated entrepreneurial mindset with experience launching or managing projects, businesses, or initiatives.
- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, with capacity to identify opportunities and manage risks.
- Proficient in client communication, negotiation, and relationship management, with a focus on service quality.
- Basic knowledge of business operations, including budgeting, planning, and process development.
- Ability to work independently, take ownership of outcomes, and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfort with using common productivity tools and digital platforms to manage projects and collaborate with stakeholders.
- Relevant experience in consulting, freelancing, project management, or business development is highly beneficial.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory if experience is comparable.
