About The Role

• Our client is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Product & Sales Manager to join their team in Dubai, UAE.
• You will be managing and following the guidelines for the product portfolio to ensure market competitiveness, compliance, and sustained growth.
• The position holder oversees smaller accounts and drives initial collaborations in the market, executes dynamic marketing strategies and leverages market opportunities.
• In addition, the position holder contributes to market expansion and contributes to the organization’s long-term vision and objectives.
• About the Requirements
• Planning & Growth: Turn company goals into yearly plans and identify new market opportunities.
• Sales & Analysis: Drive B2B sales, track competitor pricing, and assist with factory procurement.
• Support & Training: Provide tools and training to the sales and product team and build strong partner relationships.
• Operations: Manage the budget, monitor risks, and provide performance updates to senior management.

About You

• Bachelor’s degree in Marke ng, Business Administration, Engineering, Management or equivalent is required.
• Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience.
• Certification: Certified Product Manager (CPM) or Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) certification could be beneficial.
• Strong product management experience is essential. This includes experience in managing product portfolios, developing, and launching new products, and overseeing the entire product lifecycle. Detail-Oriented, Analytical, and Problem-Solving skills are required. Proper Leadership and team management skills are essential. Deep understanding of marketing principles, strategies, and tac cs is crucial. Proven skills in market research and analysis to identify opportunities and threats in the market, and to guide product and marketing decisions.
• Expert-level proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
• UAE Driving license and car.
