We are looking for a proactive and experienced HR professional to join our growing real estate team in Dubai. If you are someone who can handle HR operations end-to-end and thrive in a fast-paced, sales-driven environment, we’d love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage full-cycle recruitment (screening, interviewing, onboarding)
- Handle employee relations and day-to-day HR operations
- Maintain attendance, leave records, and payroll coordination (WPS)
- Draft HR documents (offer letters, contracts, warning letters, etc.)
- Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law and company policies
- Support performance management and disciplinary processes
- Coordinate with management on hiring and organizational needs
Requirements:
- 2–5 years of HR experience (real estate industry preferred)
- Strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law and HR practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle confidential information professionally
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
