As Human Resources Manager, you oversee daily operations of the hotel's HR function and deliver memorable experiences for guests.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily HR operations including recruitment, training, compensation, benefits, labor relations, compliance, safety, and performance management.
- Ensure compliance with corporate HR policies and federal/local regulations.
- Lead employee relations initiatives such as recognition programs, special events, and engagement activities to create a positive workplace culture.
- Oversee team member data management, track employment transitions, generate reports, and process unemployment claims.
- Recruit, train, coach, supervise, and mentor HR team members.
- Conduct performance evaluations, provide professional development opportunities, and recognize achievements to build a motivated team.
