Job Description
Pranic Drugstore LLC is seeking a motivated and organized **HR professional** to join our team.
The ideal candidate will be fluent in Arabic and capable of handling HR operations efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Recruitment and onboarding of staff
- Maintaining employee records and HR documentation
- Coordinating with management on HR policies and employee relations
- Assisting in payroll, leave management, and attendance tracking
- Ensuring compliance with UAE labor laws and regulations
Requirements
- Female candidate
- Fluent in Arabic (spoken and written)
- Previous HR experience preferred
- Own valid UAE visa
- Strong organizational and communication skills
