Job Title:** Business Development Executive (BDE)

**Job Summary:** We are looking for a motivated and energetic Business Development Executive to help grow our business by identifying new opportunities, generating leads, and maintaining strong relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities through calls, emails, and networking.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Understand customer requirements and present appropriate products or services.
  • Follow up on leads and convert them into sales opportunities.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and company goals.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations to potential clients.
  • Maintain records of sales activities and client interactions.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
  • Good knowledge of MS Office and basic sales tools.
  • Self-motivated and target-oriented.

Experience

  • 0–3 years of experience in sales, business development, or a related role.
