Provide support to Crewing and Human Resource (HR) teams by providing guidance and support on recruitment, administration, training compliance and logistics.
The HR Generalist works closely with managers and employees to encourage a positive workplace culture, ensure operational effectiveness, and support the achievement of business objectives.
Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to Crewing team. Administrative support includes but not limited to creating CV packages for clients, booking trainings, supporting with logistics and updating CRM.
- Support Operation team with logistics and mobilisation of service engineers in a timely manner ensuring compliance of certification and immigration.
- Help with the creation of a Company data base for offshore personnel to support with proactive recruitment.
- Review internal HR/Crewing documents, rename and support with electronic filing.
- Support with HR and crewing related project to support compliance and long-term strategy of the function.
- Engage with other functions within the Company to support with efficient operations.
- Coordinate end-to-end recruitment activities, including advertising vacancies, screening candidates, arranging interviews, and preparing offers.
- Conduct new employee inductions from HR perspective and ensure completion of onboarding requirements.
- Support with workforce planning and succession planning initiatives.
- Review and monitor headcount report for offshore personnel.
- Promote positive employee relations and assist in resolving workplace issues.
- Support with onshore onboarding, prepare employment contracts and onboarding documentation.
- Support with creation of letters for onshore employees including but not limited to salary certificates.
- Assist with maintaining HR records, reporting and audits to ensure data accuracy and regulatory compliance.
Certification
- Extensive experience working within an HR function.
- Preferred experience working within the Oil and Gas Industry.
- Ability to communicate to internal clients.
- Experience within a recruitment function.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritise workload to support operations.
