Human Resources Executive

Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Implement HR policies and procedures in line with the organization's goals and legal requirements.
• Monitor and evaluate manpower requirements and ensure alignment with approved budgets and organizational structure.
• Conduct talent acquisition for job requisitions, screening updates, hiring timelines and reference checks.
• Conduct onboarding and offboarding processes for orientation, verifying system updates, and ensuring completion of exit formalities and clearances.
• Maintain and regularly update the HR internal system to ensure data accuracy, compliance, and proper documentation of employee lifecycle events.
• Ensure smooth coordination with Payroll for salary updates, promotions, final settlements and statutory payroll compliance.
• Administer performance management processes, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and career development planning.
• Collaborate with the management team on training rollouts and development plans.
• Review and verify monthly employee status changes, including joiners, leavers, and internal movements, to ensure accurate reporting and system records.
• Generate HR reports to provide data-driven insights that support strategic planning and operational efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations and maintain accurate HR records.
• Drive employee engagement initiatives to promote a positive work environment and enhance employee morale.
• Support the implementation of employee surveys, analyse results, and assist in developing action plans to address key feedback themes.
• Provide guidance and support management and staff on HR-related matters.
• Contribute to company-wide HR projects and initiatives such as system upgrades, policy launches, and process improvement programs.

Ideal Candidate

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources management, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree preferred
• Proven experience of 2 years in a similar role within the hospitality industry, pre-opening experience is a plus.
• In-depth knowledge of HR policies, practices, and employment laws.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to lead and develop a high-performing HR team.
• Excellent interpersonal & communication skills in English and Vietnamese
• Demonstrated problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
• Proficiency in HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) and MS Office Suite.
