Qualifications

  • Prior experience in an HR department or related personnel administration role is highly preferred.
  • Proficiency in HR systems (e.g., HRIS like Oracle HCM or SAP SuccessFactors), Microsoft Office suite (especially Excel), and ATS platforms such as Kenexa BrassRing or Workday.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to handle confidential information responsibly.
  • Familiarity with training & development programs, succession planning, affirmative action planning, and performance management processes.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously using project management principles while maintaining attention to detail.
