Your Profile:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 5+ years of professional experience in a manufacturing environment
  • Demonstrated on-the-job experience related to computing and maintain product costing and product margin
  • Motivation and initiative to take ownership, set aggressive business goals and drive results.
  • A sense of urgency in all business matters.
  • Able to effectively multi-task and handle multiple projects.
  • Strong Attention to Detail skills.
  • Strong Excel skills.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills with a strong customer focus
  • Self-starter who can work independently and interface with all relevant internal teams and external business partners as needed.
  • Demonstrated understanding of relational data and using analytics to drive solutions.
  • Documentation of process flows and driving process improvements.
  • Comfortable working in a fluid environment; capable of adjusting in both day-to-day and large-scale activities based on new information and developments.
  • Proven ability to meet deadlines while managing multiple projects
