Primary Purpose
The HR Business Partner (HRBP) will act as a strategic liaison between HR and retail operations across multiple countries.
This role will focus on building high-performing retail teams by driving international recruitment strategies, supporting store expansion, and ensuring alignment with the company’s global HR framework.
The HRBP will collaborate closely with regional business leaders and HR teams to address unique market needs while maintaining a consistent brand culture.
Core
- Lead end-to-end recruitment for store-level and key regional retail roles across multiple countries.
- Partner with international recruiters, agencies, and local networks to attract top retail talent.
- Develop and implement scalable talent acquisition strategies to support rapid expansion in new markets.
- Advise on employment law and labor regulations in collaboration with local HR consultants or legal advisors.
- Foster a strong retail culture aligned with the brand’s values across diverse international teams.
- Conduct store visits (virtually or on-site) to assess engagement and support retail leadership.
- Ensure HR documentation, contracts, and processes are adapted for legal compliance in each market.

Qualifications
- **Education:**
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience
- 5+ years of progressive HR experience, with a strong focus on recruitment and international operations.
- Proven success recruiting for retail or customer-facing roles in multi-country environments.
Skills
- Strong knowledge of international labor laws and cultural nuances.
- Excellent interpersonal and cross-cultural communication skills.
- Hands-on experience with MenaITech ERP (MenaHR, MenaPay, MenaME).
Language
Strong verbal and written communication in both Arabic and English.
