Responsibilities
- Coordinate onboarding for selected candidates from offer acceptance through joining.
- Follow up for signed offer letters, identity and education documents, and other required paperwork.
- Coordinate employment visa and work permit documentation with the PRO and internal teams.
- Prepare new-joiner reports and maintain employee documentation.
- Coordinate joining arrangements for employees deployed at project sites.
- Confirm candidate documents, availability, and joining dates.
- Maintain candidate databases, selection lists, and recruitment status trackers.
- Support recruitment drives and walk-in interviews, including registration and documentation.
Qualifications and requirements
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 1 year of experience in HR, recruitment coordination, or employee onboarding.
- Good communication, coordination, and follow-up skills.
- Basic MS Office knowledge, particularly Excel and Word.
- English and Hindi communication skills are mandatory.
- Visit Visa or cancelled Residence Visa status is preferred.
Pay
- Pay is AED 3,000–3,500 per month.
