Supervise electrical works for interior fit-out projects, coordinating site execution and ensuring compliance with approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and project timelines.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate electrical works on interior fit-out projects.
- Review electrical drawings, layouts, shop drawings, and specifications.
- Coordinate with interior, civil, HVAC, plumbing, and other MEP teams.
- Monitor installation of lighting, power, small power, containment, DBs, wiring, and related systems.
- Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams.
- Conduct site inspections and ensure quality workmanship.
- Prepare and maintain daily and weekly progress reports and site documentation.
- Track progress, resolve site issues, and support timely completion.
- Ensure compliance with HSE requirements and applicable standards.
- Assist with testing, commissioning, snagging, and handover.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Electrical Engineering.
- 3–6 years of relevant experience in electrical fit-out or interior projects.
- Strong knowledge of electrical installation and site execution.
- Ability to read and understand electrical drawings and specifications.
- Good coordination and communication skills; experience with subcontractors and site teams.
- UAE experience in interior fit-out, commercial, residential, or villa projects is preferred.
- Immediate joiners are preferred.
Compensation
- Pay is AED 8,000–10,000 per month.
Work location
- Work is in person.
