Role Description
The Human Resources Assistant will support day-to-day HR operations for CPECC’s on-site team in Abu Dhabi in a full-time capacity.
Responsibilities include assisting with employee onboarding and offboarding, maintaining and updating HR records and HRIS data, and supporting benefits administration processes.
The role will help coordinate training activities, schedule sessions, and track participation and completion.
The HR Assistant will also respond to routine employee inquiries, prepare HR-related documentation and reports, and ensure compliance with company policies and applicable labor regulations.
This position collaborates closely with HR management and other departments to provide timely, accurate, and confidential administrative support.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess skills in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management to support core HR processes and employee relations.
- Candidates should possess skills in Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) to maintain accurate employee data and generate HR reports.
- Candidates should possess skills in Benefits Administration to assist with enrollment, updates, and employee communication on compensation and benefits.
- Candidates should possess skills in Training to help coordinate learning activities, track attendance, and support development programs.
- Relevant qualifications include a diploma or bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Additional beneficial skills include strong attention to detail, proficiency in MS Office, effective written and verbal communication, and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Experience in an HR support role, preferably within construction, engineering, or energy sectors, and familiarity with UAE labor laws are advantageous.
