Role Description
The Road and Safety Officer is a full-time, on-site role based in the United Arab Emirates.
The primary responsibilities include implementing and monitoring health, safety, and security plans to ensure compliance with legal and corporate standards.
The role involves conducting accident investigations, delivering safety training programs, identifying potential hazards, and ensuring a safe working environment for all employees and contractors on-site.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge and experience in Health & Safety and Occupational Health practices.
- Expertise in Accident Investigation and reporting processes.
- Proficiency in implementing Security protocols for workplace and project environments.
- Experience in developing and delivering Safety Training programs to diverse teams.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills, with attention to detail.
- Familiarity with UAE health and safety regulations is a significant advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Safety, Environmental Safety, or a related field preferred.
- Certifications such as NEBOSH, IOSH, or equivalent are highly desirable.
- Proven ability to work effectively in multicultural and on-site environments.
