Key Responsibilities
- Manage recruitment and selection process, from onboarding and offboarding.
- Support performance management from staff confirmation, to annual performance review to termination of employment.
- Assist with staff engagement activities and social media promoting employer branding and staff engagement.
- Ensure compliance with HR laws and regulations.
- Provide essential administrative support.
- Support with government relationship with stakeholders.
Job Requirement
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in HR or related field.
- Min. 3 years of HR and administrative experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
