Oversee end-to-end project delivery from design through handover.
Responsibilities
- Ensure construction complies with contractual obligations, statutory regulations, and relevant standards.
- Oversee project financial, commercial, contractual, and technical aspects.
- Coordinate landlords, designers, consultants, suppliers, and contractors to implement concepts and ensure quality.
- Prepare tender documents, schedules, budget estimates, and cost plans for new business development.
- Lead, supervise, and mentor project staff; monitor performance and progress.
- Define scope for new lounges, hotels, F&B outlets, and related services in KSA and international locations.
- Analyze data on project progress, efficiency, and effectiveness.
- Develop and maintain a supplier and contractor database.
- Meet with Operations for feedback and provide progress reports to senior management.
- Undertake additional duties assigned by project directors.
Requirements
- Degree in Project Management, Construction, Interior Design, Engineering, or equivalent.
- Minimum 5 to 8 years of experience in Project Management, Construction, Engineering Consultancy, or Interior Fit-Out.
- Hospitality, airport lounge, hotel, and F&B fit-out delivery experience is preferred.
- Excellent spoken and written Arabic and English.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Highly organized, able to work under pressure and manage multiple assignments; positive team attitude.
- Willingness to travel abroad and work overtime.
