***Hiring: Human Resources Officer***

  • We are seeking a dedicated and professional *Human Resources Officer* to join our team.
  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting and managing various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with company policies and labor regulations.
  • ***Key Duties and Responsibilities***
  • Recruitment and Staffing
  • Coordinate the full recruitment process, including job postings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and onboarding new employees.
  • Maintain and update job descriptions and organizational charts.
  • Assist department managers in identifying staffing needs.

Employee Relations

  • Serve as a point of contact for employee concerns and HR-related inquiries.
  • Promote positive employee relations and workplace culture.
  • Assist in resolving employee grievances and disciplinary matters.

Human Resources Administration

  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases.
  • Prepare employment contracts, letters, and HR documentation.
  • Ensure confidentiality of employee information.

Performance Management

  • Support performance appraisal processes and employee evaluations.
  • Monitor employee performance and development plans.
  • Assist managers in implementing performance improvement initiatives.
  • Training and Development
  • Coordinate employee orientation and training programs.
  • Identify learning and development opportunities for employees.
  • Maintain training records and monitor training effectiveness.

Compliance and Policy Management

  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and regulations.
  • Assist in developing and updating HR policies and procedures.
  • Monitor attendance, leave management, and employee benefits administration.

Payroll and Benefits Support

  • Coordinate with payroll and finance departments regarding employee compensation.
  • Administer employee benefits and leave entitlements.
  • Verify attendance and payroll-related documentation.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of HR experience.
  • Strong knowledge of Qatar labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
