- We are seeking a dedicated and professional *Human Resources Officer* to join our team.
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting and managing various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with company policies and labor regulations.
- ***Key Duties and Responsibilities***
- Recruitment and Staffing
- Coordinate the full recruitment process, including job postings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and onboarding new employees.
- Maintain and update job descriptions and organizational charts.
- Assist department managers in identifying staffing needs.
Employee Relations
- Serve as a point of contact for employee concerns and HR-related inquiries.
- Promote positive employee relations and workplace culture.
- Assist in resolving employee grievances and disciplinary matters.
Human Resources Administration
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases.
- Prepare employment contracts, letters, and HR documentation.
- Ensure confidentiality of employee information.
Performance Management
- Support performance appraisal processes and employee evaluations.
- Monitor employee performance and development plans.
- Assist managers in implementing performance improvement initiatives.
- Training and Development
- Coordinate employee orientation and training programs.
- Identify learning and development opportunities for employees.
- Maintain training records and monitor training effectiveness.
Compliance and Policy Management
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and regulations.
- Assist in developing and updating HR policies and procedures.
- Monitor attendance, leave management, and employee benefits administration.
Payroll and Benefits Support
- Coordinate with payroll and finance departments regarding employee compensation.
- Administer employee benefits and leave entitlements.
- Verify attendance and payroll-related documentation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of HR experience.
- Strong knowledge of Qatar labor laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
