Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Design and prepare fresh floral arrangements, bouquets, centerpieces, and decorative displays.
• Assist customers in selecting flowers and arrangements based on their preferences and occasions.
• Handle flower care, including trimming, watering, conditioning, and storage.
• Maintain inventory of flowers, plants, vases, ribbons, and floral supplies.
• Process customer orders for in-store, phone, and online purchases.
• Coordinate floral arrangements for weddings, events, corporate functions, and special occasions.
• Ensure shop cleanliness, visual presentation, and proper display of products.
• Manage packaging and preparation of floral deliveries.
• Monitor stock levels and assist with purchasing and supplier coordination.
• Operate POS systems and process payments accurately.
• Stay updated on floral trends, seasonal flowers, and design techniques.
• Support social media content creation and promotional activities when required.

& Requirements

• Previous experience as a florist or floral designer preferred.
• Knowledge of flowers, plants, floral care, and arrangement techniques.
• Creative and artistic ability with attention to detail.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple orders.
• Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and event schedules.
• Basic computer and POS system knowledge.
• Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift floral supplies when needed.
