Human Resource Generalist

Requirements:

• Strong knowledge of Human Resources principles, employment law, employee relations, and HR best practices.
• Experience handling confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
• Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships and influence leaders at all levels of the organization.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, conflict resolution, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with HRIS systems, preferably Workday.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred but not required.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or related field preferred.
• Minimum 3-5 years of progressive Human Resources experience, preferably in a manufacturing or distribution environment.
• Experience supporting employee relations, recruiting, performance management, and HR compliance
• Physical Requirements
• While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit, stand, walk, communicate effectively, and operate standard office equipment. The employee may occasionally need to travel throughout the manufacturing facility and interact with employees on the production floor.
• Work Environment
• This position operates in both an office and manufacturing environment. Regular interaction with production employees and leaders is required. The manufacturing environment may involve moderate noise levels and extended walking. Safety glasses and steel/composite toe shoes are required while on the production floor.
