Duties & Responsibilities
- Take full responsibility for the overall station operations and daily workflow management. Monitor and improve the performance and productivity of the Delivery Station (DS). Ensure operational targets and KPIs are achieved efficiently and on time. Arrange and manage manpower and operational resources effectively to optimize costs and improve efficiency. Supervise drivers’ attendance, performance, and daily operations to ensure smooth delivery activities. Coordinate with different departments to resolve operational issues and maintain service quality. Handle escalations and provide immediate solutions to operational challenges. Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and operational procedures. Prepare operational reports and provide regular performance updates to management. Support team development through guidance, monitoring, and performance follow-up.
Education Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Logistics, Operations Management, or a related field.
Experience Requirements
- Previous experience in team management and operations supervision. Experience managing a team of 50 or more drivers. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple operational tasks efficiently.
Other Requirements
- Proficient in English, Arabic, and Urdu.
