About This Role
Full Job Description
We are seeking a proactive HSE /Officer with at least 3 years of experience in construction projects, including high-rise building projects (G+12 and above). The candidate will be responsible for enforcing safety standards, conducting inspections, and ensuring a safe and compliant work environment on site.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement and monitor the project’s Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) policies.
- Conduct daily site inspections to identify and control potential hazards, particularly on high-rise structures.
- Ensure compliance with local safety regulations and project-specific safety requirements.
- Conduct toolbox talks, safety orientations, and basic safety training sessions.
- Prepare and maintain safety documentation, reports, and checklists.
- Monitor proper usage of PPE and enforce safety rules among workers.
- Assist in incident investigations and follow up on corrective actions.
- Coordinate with engineers, supervisors, and subcontractors on safety-related matters.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in construction site safety, including high-rise buildings.
- Strong understanding of safety procedures, risk assessment, and hazard control.
- Excellent communication, reporting, and coordination skills.
- Ability to work on-site and handle fast-paced project conditions.
