Full Job Description
We are seeking a proactive **HSE /Officer** with at least **3 years of experience** in construction projects, including **high-rise building projects (G+12 and above)**.
The candidate will be responsible for enforcing safety standards, conducting inspections, and ensuring a safe and compliant work environment on site.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement and monitor the project’s **Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) policies**.
- Conduct **daily site inspections** to identify and control potential hazards, particularly on high-rise structures.
- Ensure compliance with **local safety regulations** and project-specific safety requirements.
- Conduct **toolbox talks, safety orientations, and basic safety training sessions**.
- Prepare and maintain **safety documentation, reports, and checklists**.
- Monitor proper usage of **PPE** and enforce safety rules among workers.
- Assist in **incident investigations** and follow up on corrective actions.
- Coordinate with **engineers, supervisors, and subcontractors** on safety-related matters.
Requirements
- Minimum **3 years of experience** in construction site safety, including **high-rise buildings**.
- Strong understanding of **safety procedures, risk assessment, and hazard control**.
- Excellent **communication, reporting, and coordination skills**.
- Ability to work **on-site** and handle **fast-paced project conditions**.
