span>Our newest opportunity is for a talented strong>HSE Manager /strong>to join our team, based in strong>Riyadh/strong>, KSA./span> /span>

/p>

  • We envisage success in this role to include:
  • Developing, implementing, and continuously improving the Supervision Consultant s HSE Management System in full alignment with the Client s Health & Safety Assurance Standards and the Health, Safety, and Welfare Management Plan.
  • Providing visible HSE leadership and acting as the key point of contact for all HSE-related matters with the Client, Main Contractor, and other stakeholders.
  • Reviewing, approving, and monitoring the Main Contractor s HSE Plan, Construction Environmental Management Plan (CEMP/CESMP), risk assessments, and emergency response procedures.
  • Conducting regular audits, inspections, and compliance verifications of the Contractor s HSE performance, including high-risk activities such as deep excavations, slope stability, heavy plant operations, and traffic management.
  • Ensuring the Contractor maintains adequate HSE resources, training programs, and competency standards across all shifts.
  • Leading or participating in the investigation of all incidents, near misses, and unsafe acts; ensuring robust corrective and preventive actions are implemented and closed out.
  • Tracking leading and lagging HSE indicators, analysing trends, and presenting performance reports with actionable recommendations.
  • Championing proactive safety initiatives, toolbox talks, and safety awareness campaigns.
  • Overseeing environmental controls including dust suppression, noise monitoring, waste management, spill prevention, and erosion control.
  • Ensuring compliance with all environmental permits, regulatory requirements, and the Client s sustainability objectives.
  • Preparing comprehensive HSE sections for Daily, Weekly, and Monthly Progress Reports, including statistics, audit findings, and improvement plans.
  • Chairing or co-chairing HSE-focused meetings and workshops and presenting at Weekly and Monthly Progress Meetings.
  • Supporting the compilation of the HSE dossier for project handover and the Defects Liability Period in line with the Client s Asset Completion and Handover Procedure.
  • Leading and mentoring a team of HSE Inspectors and Environmental Engineers, ensuring consistent and high-quality HSE coverage across all work fronts and shifts.
  • Collaborating closely with Construction Managers, Senior Inspectors, Planning, and Quality teams to integrate HSE into all project activities.
  • Providing technical HSE input during technical reviews, Method Statement approvals, and Value Engineering workshops.
