Job Description : Health Safety Lead (Refrigeration exp preferred)

Location - Riyadh

Salary 12000 to 14000SAR per month

Role Description

Candidates with HSE Lead Experience in Industrial Refrigeration are preferrable.

Supervise local team of HSE site Officers in KSA

Lead and support the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of the HSE strategy, policies, and procedures in line with local regulations and international standards within the region.

Solve and manage projects‘ safety challanges

Conduct regular site visits for HSE Inspections and Audits purpose

Documents development and control within the KSE HSE Department

Ensures implementation of HSE changes, processes updates, and new initiatives on sites and by HSE Officers

Maintains regular meetings with local team

Ensures the HSE Plans implementation.

Lead and support accidents/NM investigations.

Actively engage in safety leadership to promote a proactive safety culture across the organization. Drive continuous improvement and encourage employee participation in HSE initiatives

Manage timely closure of assigned actions by local HSE team

Maintain the required data updated for reporting and analysis

Review and analyze injury and incident reports and data

Supervise and manage timesheets

Support trainings provision to employees and ensure all nessesary trainings are provided to the employees.

Provide onsite support for projects and service works.

Supports ISO implementation across the organization.

Safety equipment management (regular inspections, calibrations, registers)

Ensure regular PPE stock avaliablity

Qualifications

Strong knowledge and experience in Environment Health and Safety (EHS), Health & Safety, and Occupational Health practice

Diploma / Engineering Degree / Bachelors degree

Must have 5-10 years experience of proven HSE track and min. 2 years in leadership position

Gulf Experience is must Certification in OHS e.g. NEBOSH IGC, OSHA, IOSH

Good knowledge and implementation of international Safety Standards, Best Practices

Highly committed to safety leadership and excellence

Fluent in English both written and verbal

Advanced computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Strong leadership and team management skills

Excellent communication, training, and presentation skills
