About This Role

QUALIFICATION:

• Minimum 13 years of experience in construction sector
• Holder of a Level 6 Diploma in Occupational Health and Safety.
• Certified ISO 45001 Lead Auditor.
• Knowledge and experience in preparing environmental plans and reports, in line with the requirements of the Environmental Authority and sustainability standards.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Develop Environmental, Health and Safety Management System (EHSMS), Project EHS Plan, EHS Policy, Operational Control Procedures and other EHS Documents.
• Implement and monitor the EHSMS performance of the company.
• Conduct EHS Internal Audits and Inspections.
• Reviewing Method Statement (MS) and preparing Task Risk Assessment (TRA).
• Knowledge and experience in preparing environmental plans and reports, in line with the requirements of the Environmental Authority and sustainability standards.
• Conduct near miss, incident and accident investigation.
• Proficient in Windows Offices such as Microsoft Words, Excel and Power Point Presentation.
• Able to work in a multi-national and multi-cultural environment.
• Possess strong sense of leadership and management skills.
• Able to manage and lead HSE team
• Plan, Lead, and participate in job site safety meetings.
• Execute/support all objectives, targets, programs, and action plans related to OHS and Environment.
• Collaborate with project managers to implement corrective actions.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED1.00 per month

Experience:

• Marine works and Marine facilities construction: 10 years (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• NEBOSH/IOSH Diploma Level 6 or NVQ Level 6 (Required)
• ISO45001;2018 Lead Auditor (Required)
