Job Summary
Monitor site activities to ensure compliance with HSE policies, procedures, and project safety requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct daily site inspections and identify unsafe conditions.
- Ensure compliance with project HSE procedures.
- Monitor construction activities including lifting, excavation, work at height, and equipment operations.
- Conduct toolbox talks and safety awareness sessions.
- Report incidents, near misses, and unsafe acts.
- Verify PPE compliance and site housekeeping.
- Support HSE audits and inspections.
- Maintain daily safety reports.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Engineering or Occupational Health & Safety.
- Minimum 5 years HSE experience in construction.
- NEBOSH IGC mandatory.
- OSHA / IOSH preferred.
- Experience in mega construction projects.
- Strong knowledge of Saudi HSE regulations.
