Join our team and contribute to the successful delivery of landmark residential and commercial construction projects across Riyadh.
We are looking for a proactive Senior Planning Engineer with strong experience in project scheduling, progress monitoring, project controls, and stakeholder coordination within fast-paced building environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, update, and monitor baseline and detailed project schedules using Primavera P6.
- Track project progress and analyze schedule performance against approved milestones.
- Coordinate with design, procurement, and construction teams to ensure alignment with project timelines.
- Identify potential delays and develop recovery plans to maintain project objectives.
- Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports, dashboards, and management presentations.
- Perform critical path analysis, productivity assessments, and delay evaluations.
- Review subcontractor schedules and support project teams in achieving planned targets.
Requirements
✔ Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or a related field
✔ 7+ years of planning experience in residential and commercial construction projects
✔ Strong proficiency in Primavera P6 and Microsoft Excel
✔ Experience in project controls, progress measurement, and reporting
✔ Excellent analytical, communication, and coordination skills
✔ Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and project priorities
