Job Summary
Responsible for managing project logistics operations including heavy equipment movement, site deliveries, material handling, transportation coordination, and equipment mobilization to support smooth construction activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage site logistics plans including equipment and material movement.
- Coordinate mobilization, demobilization, and positioning of heavy equipment.
- Manage movement of cranes, loaders, excavators, forklifts, and other construction machinery.
- Coordinate with PMV, construction teams, subcontractors, and suppliers.
- Plan delivery schedules considering site access, traffic management, and work constraints.
- Monitor heavy equipment availability and movement across project areas.
- Coordinate permits, approvals, and access requirements for oversized/heavy loads.
- Manage laydown areas, storage zones, and material flow.
- Ensure compliance with project logistics and HSE requirements.
- Prepare logistics reports, tracking records, and daily updates.
- Support lifting and heavy equipment activities by coordinating site requirements.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Engineering, Logistics, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years construction logistics experience.
- Experience coordinating heavy equipment and site operations.
- Knowledge of construction equipment movement and site logistics.
