HSE Engineer

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or relevant technical discipline.
- NEBOSH IGC or equivalent recognized HSE qualification.
- Minimum 7 years of HSE experience, with strong UAE construction experience.
- Proven experience in high-rise / multi-storey building construction projects in Abu Dhabi or Dubai is essential.
- Candidates currently based in the UAE are preferred.
- Good knowledge of Abu Dhabi HSE requirements / ADOSH-SF.
- Strong technical knowledge of work at height, scaffolding, lifting operations, tower cranes/hoisting, temporary works, formwork, concrete works, MEP activities and construction logistics.
- Good experience in reviewing Method Statements, Risk Assessments, JSA and Permit-to-Work requirements.
- Experience in incident investigation, HSE inspections/audits, subcontractor monitoring and corrective-action follow-up.
- Strong communication, reporting and coordination skills.
