Job Requirements
Minimum 6 years of experience in construction and landscaping projects, with experience as an HSE Lead.
Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Engineering or any relevant field.
NEBOSH IGC (mandatory).
Level 6 Diploma in Occupational Health and Safety (mandatory).
OSHAD Certification is an added advantage.
Strong leadership, coordination, and reporting skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the HSE team on site.
- Develop, implement, and monitor HSE management systems.
- Ensure full compliance with local regulations and client requirements.
- Conduct audits, incident investigations, and safety training.
- Liaise with management, clients, and regulatory authorities on HSE matters.
