We are a dynamic and fast-growing organization seeking a highly skilled **QA/QC Engineer** to join our team.
As a part of our commitment to maintaining the highest standards of quality in our projects, we are looking for a talented individual with **expertise in quality assurance and control**, as well as **a strong background in technical support.**
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and ensure that all materials and construction work meet project standards and specifications.
- Develop and implement quality assurance/control plans and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Conduct inspections, audits, and tests on materials and completed work to ensure the quality is maintained throughout.
- Collaborate with project managers and engineers to resolve quality-related issues.
- Provide technical support to both internal teams and clients to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
- Maintain detailed records of inspections, tests, and reports.
- Ensure adherence to all safety protocols and contribute to continuous improvement of quality processes.
- Support the development and training of the team in QA/QC best practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in QA/QC, **with strong technical support background.**
- Proven experience in quality control processes and implementation in large-scale projects.
- Strong knowledge of industry standards, regulatory requirements, and best practices.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work well in a team environment and communicate effectively with different departments.
- Proficiency in QA/QC software and tools.
