Role overview
HSE Engineer role maintaining health and safety standards at landscaping and construction project sites.
Responsibilities
- Monitor daily safety activities at project sites and conduct inspections to identify hazards.
- Prepare risk assessments and method statements.
- Conduct toolbox talks and safety inductions.
- Ensure employees follow safety procedures and use PPE.
- Investigate accidents, incidents, and near misses.
- Maintain HSE records and inspection reports.
- Monitor high-risk activities and safe working practices.
- Coordinate with site teams and subcontractors, and follow up on corrective actions.
- Support emergency and fire safety procedures.
Requirements
- Diploma or degree in HSE, Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of HSE experience.
- NEBOSH IGC certification is mandatory.
- Good knowledge of construction site safety.
- Experience in risk assessments, method statements, inspections, and incident reporting.
- Good communication and reporting skills.
- UAE construction or landscaping experience is preferred; a UAE driving licence is preferred.
Compensation
- Pay is stated as starting from AED 1 per month.

- Work location is in person.
