Requirements
- NEBOSH certification is mandatory.
- At least one year of HSE experience in the UAE is mandatory.
- Candidates must currently reside in the UAE and be available for immediate joining.
- Good knowledge of UAE HSE standards and regulations.
- Experience with site inspections, risk assessments, toolbox talks, and safety audits.
- Ability to monitor and ensure compliance with HSE policies and procedures.
- Good communication, documentation, and reporting skills.
Key responsibilities
- Monitor daily site activities to ensure compliance with HSE requirements.
- Conduct regular site safety inspections and identify potential hazards.
- Prepare and maintain HSE reports and documentation.
- Conduct toolbox talks and safety awareness sessions.
- Assist with risk assessments and implement appropriate control measures.
- Ensure workers follow company and project safety procedures.
- Report and investigate incidents, near misses, and unsafe conditions.
Compensation
- Salary is AED 3,000–5,000 per month.
- Other benefits are provided according to company policy and UAE labour law.
