HSE Coordinator role with a focus on electrical safety.
Qualifications and experience
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, occupational health and safety, or a related discipline.
- NEBOSH IGC is mandatory.
- ISO 45001 Lead Auditor certification required.
- Valid First Aid and CPR certification required.
- At least 5 years of proven electrical safety experience is mandatory.
- Strong experience in construction and commissioning environments.
Technical knowledge and capabilities
- Knowledge of electrical hazards, LOTO, energization processes, and testing and commissioning safety.
- Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and schematics.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Leadership experience in team management, HSE training, and technical reporting.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate health, safety, and environmental activities for electrical safety work.
- Support safe work in construction and commissioning environments, including management of electrical hazards and energization processes.
- Provide or coordinate HSE training and contribute to team management and technical reporting.
