HR Supervisor role managing core HR functions while supporting employee development, performance management, and continuous process improvement.
Previous hands-on HR experience in Saudi Arabia is sought.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily HR operations and implement HR policies and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with Saudi Labor Law and related regulations.
- Oversee employment contracts, attendance, leave, employee records, and termination procedures.
- Manage recruitment, selection, and onboarding.
- Develop and implement performance management and employee evaluation systems.
- Identify training needs and support employee development and training plans.
- Improve HR policies, procedures, and internal processes.
- Support management with organizational structure, job descriptions, and role responsibilities.
- Handle employee relations and workplace issues professionally.
- Prepare HR reports and monitor key HR indicators.
- Oversee employee files and relevant HR-related government platforms.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Approximately 4–6 years of HR experience and previous professional experience in Saudi Arabia.
- Strong practical knowledge of Saudi Labor Law.
- Experience with performance management, employee development, recruitment, HR policies, and improving HR processes and procedures.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, organizational, time-management, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, attention to detail, and professional handling of confidential information.
- Good English communication skills and proficiency in HR systems and Microsoft Office.
