About This Role
Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR Specialist with strong experience in HR operations, employee relations, and SAP systems.
The ideal candidate will support daily HR functions, ensure smooth operational processes, and contribute to maintaining a positive and compliant work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day HR operations and administrative activities.
- Maintain and update employee records using SAP HR systems.
- Handle employee relations matters, including grievance handling, disciplinary actions, and employee engagement initiatives.
- Support onboarding, offboarding, and employee lifecycle processes.
- Coordinate attendance, leave management, payroll inputs, and HR documentation.
- Ensure HR policies and procedures are implemented in line with company standards and labor regulations.
- Prepare HR reports, data analysis, and operational dashboards.
- Support recruitment coordination and other HR projects as required.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience as an HR Specialist or similar HR role.
- Strong hands-on experience with SAP HR modules/systems is mandatory.
- Solid background in HR operations and employee relations.
- Good understanding of labor laws and HR best practices.
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

- Attention to detail and confidentiality in handling employee information.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED4,500.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
