Job Summary
We are seeking a highly knowledgeable and detail-oriented HR Specialist with strong expertise in UAE Labour Law.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance with all legal requirements, managing employee relations, and supporting HR operations efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure full compliance with UAE Labour Law and company policies
- Handle employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary procedures
- Prepare and manage employment contracts, offer letters, and HR documentation
- Assist visa applications, renewals, cancellations, and labour-related transactions
- Coordinate with government authorities such as MOHRE, Immigration, and other relevant entities
- Maintain employee records and ensure accurate HR database management
- Support payroll processing, leave management, and end-of-service benefits calculation
- Assist in internal audits and HR reporting
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 3–5 years of HR experience in the UAE
- Strong and updated knowledge of UAE Labour Law and HR best practices
- Experience in handling government portals (MOHRE, GDRFA, etc.) is a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- High level of confidentiality and professionalism
- Proficient in MS Office and HR systems
Preferred Skills
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
