We're Hiring: HR Specialist (Saudi Arabia)
We are seeking a proactive and experienced **HR Specialist** to join our growing team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing recruitment, employee relations, HR operations, and ensuring compliance with Saudi labor regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
- Handle employee relations and support conflict resolution.
- Administer attendance, leave, and other HR processes.
- Assist in performance management and employee development programs.
- Ensure compliance with Saudi Labor Law and company policies.
- Prepare HR reports and maintain HR databases.
- Coordinate training and employee engagement initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3–5 years of HR experience.
- Strong knowledge of Saudi Labor Law and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication skills in English; Arabic is an advantage.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR software systems.
- Strong organizational, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Candidates must be currently residing in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
Preferred
- HR certifications (SHRM, CIPD, PHRi, or equivalent) are a plus.
- Immediate joiners are preferred.
- Priority will be given to Saudi nationals; however, qualified candidates of all nationalities are encouraged to apply.
