Overview

Head of After-Sales

We are seeking an experienced **Head of After-Sales** to lead and manage all after-sales operations, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction, service excellence, and business growth.

The successful candidate will oversee service, maintenance, spare parts, warranty management, and customer support functions while developing strategies to improve operational efficiency and customer retention.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the after-sales service and support teams.
  • Develop and implement after-sales strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Oversee service operations, maintenance programs, warranty claims, and spare parts management.
  • Monitor service performance, KPIs, and operational efficiency.
  • Build strong relationships with customers and resolve escalated issues effectively.
  • Collaborate with sales and operations teams to improve the customer experience.
  • Prepare reports, forecasts, and budgets for after-sales activities.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in after-sales, service management, or customer support, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong leadership, operational, and customer relationship management skills.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical abilities.

Preference

Saudi Nationals are highly preferred.
