Oversee HR service delivery, improve employee support processes, and ensure smooth day-to-day HR operations.
The role is described as part-time and on-site/hybrid in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily HR service operations and provide timely support to employees and managers.
- Manage HR administration, records, documentation, and personnel data.
- Coordinate onboarding, transfers, offboarding, and other employee lifecycle activities.
- Monitor service performance, response times, and operational KPIs.
- Support compliance with UAE labour regulations and internal HR policies.
- Resolve complex employee enquiries with relevant HR teams.
- Streamline workflows and improve service delivery.
- Lead, coach, and develop HR services team members.
Qualifications
- Experience in HR operations, HR shared services, or human resources management.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
- Knowledge of HR administration and employee lifecycle processes.
- Familiarity with HRIS and Microsoft Office applications.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of UAE labour regulations is an advantage.
- A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
