The Owner oversees the platform’s strategic direction, content roadmap, and partner relationships in a part-time, remote capacity.
The role focuses on building inclusive, technology-enabled workplaces and serving HR practitioners and organizations.
Responsibilities
- Define the platform’s vision, growth strategy, and priorities across HR and AI.
- Develop and publish thought leadership content, curate resources, and collaborate with HR and AI experts.
- Manage the website, newsletter, and social media.
- Identify revenue and partnership opportunities and monitor audience engagement and analytics.
- Ensure initiatives reflect ethical and responsible AI practices.
Qualifications
- Strong understanding of HR domains such as talent acquisition, performance management, employee engagement, and workforce analytics.
- Experience with AI concepts and tools, including automation, predictive analytics, and ethical AI, and ability to communicate clearly to HR audiences.
- Background in strategic planning, business development, or entrepreneurship.
- Content creation and communication skills, including writing, editing, and presenting insights to professional audiences.
- Comfort with remote collaboration, website or blog management, analytics dashboards, and online community engagement.
- Commitment to diversity, equity, inclusion, and responsible technology use in workplace and HR practices.
- A bachelor’s degree in HR, business, technology, communications, or a related field is beneficial; equivalent experience is also valued.
Work arrangement
- The role is part-time and remote.
