HR Recruitment Officer

Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end UAE and international recruitment.
• Source and shortlist candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, and databases.
• Handle international sourcing and global talent acquisition.
• Conduct candidate screening and coordinate interviews.
• Manage candidate communication and recruitment follow-ups.
• Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate records, and hiring reports.
• Support onboarding and joining formalities.
• Assist with HR operations and employee documentation.

Candidate Requirements

• UAE HR or recruitment experience is mandatory.
• International recruitment or global hiring experience is required.
• Strong sourcing, headhunting, and screening skills are required.
• Fluent English and Hindi are mandatory.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required.
• A professional, proactive, and positive approach is expected.
• Good knowledge of UAE HR practices and Labour Law is required.
• Proficiency in MS Office, HRMS, and recruitment platforms is required.
• Candidates should be able to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously.
• High-volume recruitment experience is advantageous.

Compensation

• Pay is AED 2,000 to AED 5,000 per month.

Workplace

• Work location is in person.
