- Manage the complete recruitment cycle from manpower requisition to onboarding.
- Partner with department heads to understand hiring needs and workforce requirements.
- Create and publish job advertisements on Naukri, LinkedIn, and other recruitment platforms.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, and internal databases.
- Screen and shortlist resumes based on job requirements and qualifications.
- Conduct initial HR interviews to assess candidate suitability, communication skills, and cultural fit.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and department heads.
- Follow up with candidates and interviewers to ensure a smooth and timely recruitment process.
- Conduct reference checks and assist in the selection and offer process.
- Maintain accurate candidate records, recruitment trackers, and hiring documentation.
- Develop and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring requirements.
- Ensure timely closure of open positions while providing a positive candidate experience.
- Prepare recruitment reports and provide regular hiring updates to management.
- Ensure compliance with company recruitment policies and hiring procedures.
