- Manage and maintain seller/vendor accounts across Amazon, Noon, Talabat, Careem and other platforms.
- Create, update, and optimize product listings and content.
- Monitor pricing, promotions, and marketplace performance as well as competitors’ activity.
- Coordinate inventory levels and ensure product availability.
- Handle order management and marketplace-related issues.
- Plan and execute promotional campaigns to increase sales.
- Analyse sales data and prepare performance reports.
- Monitor customer feedback and ratings and take corrective actions when required.
- Work closely with marketing, operations, and warehouse teams to achieve business goals.
- Stay updated on marketplace policies, trends, and best practices.
