- Install, inspect, and test household appliances (oven, fridge, washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, etc.)
- Conduct routine maintenance to ensure optimal performance and longevity of appliances
- Respond to service calls and troubleshoot issues on-site or in the workshop
- Replace defective parts such as motors, compressors, thermostats, and wiring
- Ensure all installations and repairs comply with safety standards and manufacturer guidelines
- Maintain accurate service records and reports
- Provide basic usage guidance and maintenance tips to customers
- Manage tools, equipment, and spare parts inventory
