Role overview

Responsibilities

• Run end-to-end recruitment for sales, procurement, logistics, and office roles.
• Manage mass-hiring campaigns and fast-track hiring when the business needs to scale.
• Source and headhunt niche specialists, including passive candidates.
• Manage candidate pipelines and maintain accurate ATS/CRM records.
• Post and promote vacancies across job boards, social media, and professional communities.
• Screen, prequalify, and shortlist candidates for hiring managers.
• Track time-to-hire, cost per hire, and conversion by source, and improve these metrics.
• Build a talent pool for future roles.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of recruitment experience, including mass hiring and headhunting.
• Proven ability to generate a high volume of relevant, targeted applications.
• Hands-on experience with sourcing platforms, including LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and social channels.
• Experience with ATS/CRM tools such as Zoho Recruit, Bullhorn, Workable, Recruitee, or similar.
• Knowledge of Boolean search, outreach sequences, referral programs, and recruitment automation.
• Understanding of the UAE labour market and hiring process.
• English is required; Russian and/or Arabic is a strong advantage.
• Recruitment in trading, sales, or wholesale is a plus.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills; proactive ownership and an energetic, positive approach are sought.

Compensation and benefits

• Monthly pay is AED 6,500–8,000.
