We are looking for an experienced and dynamic HR Recruiter to join our growing team in Dubai.
If you have strong experience in end-to-end recruitment, talent sourcing, onboarding, and managing multicultural hiring, we would love to hear from you.
Key Highlights
- Manage the complete recruitment cycle
- Work closely with department heads on hiring requirements
- Recruit across multiple levels, from blue-collar to management roles
- Utilize job portals, social media, and networking platforms for sourcing
- Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the hiring process
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of UAE recruitment experience
- Strong understanding of UAE labor market and hiring practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience with HRIS, MS Office, and recruitment platforms
- Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field
- Immediate joiners required
- Male candidates are preferred
