Key Responsibilities
- :
- Manage the complete employee lifecycle, including recruitment support, onboarding, offboarding, employment documentation, DIFC visa processing, and employee records.
- Coordinate monthly payroll, employee benefits, DEWS registration, medical insurance, salary certificates, and ensure payroll accuracy in collaboration with Finance.
- Oversee office operations, facilities, vendor coordination, IT onboarding, employee access, company assets, and general administrative support to ensure smooth business operations.
- Maintain HR, operational, compliance, and corporate documentation, ensuring confidential records are accurately managed and regulatory requirements are met.
- Coordinate business travel, meetings, conferences, executive support activities, and office logistics while liaising with internal teams and external service providers.
- Support banking and corporate administration by coordinating signatory changes, corporate documentation, governance requirements, and stakeholder communication with Finance, Compliance, and Legal teams.
- Act as the central point of contact between HR, Finance, IT, Compliance, management, and external partners to ensure efficient coordination of operational activities and business continuity.
- Assist with operational projects, claims and IBA escalations, crisis management reporting, business continuity planning, and other ad hoc office and operational requirements.
