HR & Operations Associate

We're looking for a smart, proactive, and AI-savvy person who enjoys solving problems, working with people, and keeping things organized in a fast-paced startup environment.

This is an operations-focused role covering Administration, HR, and Talent support, with plenty of ownership and variety. What You'll Do

🏢 People & Operations

Manage day-to-day office, workplace, and HR administration.

Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, building management, and external partners.

Work with Finance on invoices, payments, and vendor coordination.

Maintain employee and company asset records, including laptops and equipment.

Support employee onboarding, offboarding, documentation, and HR processes.

Help coordinate business travel, flights, hotels, visas, and other logistics.

Manage office supplies, facilities, events, and employee activities.

Maintain HR and administrative records, trackers, and systems.

Support employees with day-to-day HR and administrative queries.

Support hiring through interview coordination, candidate communication, job postings, and recruitment administration.

Look for ways to use AI and technology to simplify and improve processes.
